- How are Cycle-Mate and Masterlink sold?
Cycle-Mate and Masterlink CD’s are sold as a yearly subscription.
- Which companies are included in Cycle-Mate and Masterlink?
The Cycle-Mate and Masterlink CD’s include motorcycles, scooters, and all terrain vehicles manufactured by Honda, Kawasaki, Yamaha, Suzuki, Harley-Davidson, Buell, and BMW.
- Can I buy Cycle-Mate or Masterlink for only one company?
You can purchase a subscription to one company, or as many as you like. However, buying more than two companies would not be cost effective since it would be more economical, from three companies on, to buy Cycle-Mate or Masterlink for all five companies.
- What will I receive when I order a Cycle-Mate or Masterlink subscription?
You will receive a CD and a key device (a small key which plugs into YOUR computer allowing you access to your Cycle-Mate and Masterlink software) along with a welcome letter to help you get started using your new Cycle-Mate or Masterlink software.
- Are updates included in the subscription price?
Yes. All updates are included with your annual subscription. Updates include current pricing, current labor times, new and updated models, new program features when available, and more.
- How often will I receive updates?
If you computer has internet access, you will continually have access to the most current information made available by Urban Publications, Inc. Without internet access, you will receive an update CD by mail every other month throughout your annual subscription.
- Where do the parts prices and labor times come from?
All materials e.g. parts prices, labor times and graphics are furnished by the manufacturers.
- Which credit cards do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and Discover.
- Can I cancel my order?
Yes, we also offer a 30 day money back guarantee as long as the CD’s and key devices are returned in the same condition as was received.
- How long will it take to receive my order?
All orders are shipped UPS ground unless otherwise specified. The shipping days will depend on you zip code location. Usually 7-10 business days.
- Can I have Cycle-Mate or Masterlink shipped to my P.O. Box?
Since all orders are shipped via UPS, a physical address is required.
